WILL I GET CHARGED FOR BEING LATE OR GOING OVER MY RECORDING SLOT?
We won't charge you for being late, however, we request that you respect your allocated recording slot and conclude on schedule. We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes early and leave promptly once the recording has finished. This allows us to clean up for the next booking. If you do run over, you may be charged.
WHERE IS THE PODCAST ROOM STUDIO?
We have 2 studios located in Barnes & Bromley.
54 White Hart Lane, Barnes, SW13 0PZ
Imperial House, North Street, Bromley, BR1 1SD
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE?
You can have up to 8 people in the studio, but this does feel crowded. However, we can only allocate 4 Microphones. Should you require more, please contact us before booking.
CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL IN THE STUDIO?
Yes, We do provide soft drinks and water. But if you wish to bring some alcohol, you can. Please make sure you clean up after yourself.
CAN WE SMOKE IN THE STUDIO?
Smoking is not permitted in our studio.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE STUDIO?
Parking is available on streets surrounding the studio. But parking is at your own risk.
We will not be held responsible for any parking violations or tickets you may receive.
DO I NEED MY OWN MEMORY CARD OR EQUIPMENT?
It's not essential to have your own memory card or external harddrive, but it does speed things up.
For audio we use a micro SD card and for video, we use an external USBC harddrive.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
You will receive your files within 48-72 hours, but most of the time we send them within 24 hours.
CAN I VIEW THE PODCAST ROOM STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes, of course you can. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll let you know when's best to visit.
IVE NEVER RECORDED BEFORE, CAN YOU HELP?
Podcast Room is run by creative individuals, therefore we are always able to offer advice & tips.
We are always on hand and happy to help in any way.
ARE THERE ENGINEERS ON SITE?
Yes, Someone will always be available and on site.
I CANT COME TO MY SESSION, CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do offer refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process any refunds after the 24 hours. This is because we lose money when issuing refunds, and we've lost the opportunity to book out your slot.
However we may be able to credit your account for you to rebook at another time. Please contact us to discuss this first.
